Commercial Clearing Inc. has always been in the business of cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing businesses in Baltimore County and Harford County. With the exceptions of the medical and healthcare facilities we serve, at most businesses, we just disinfect and sanitize the restroom and kitchen/break areas.
That left routinely cleaning the rest of our client’s facilities, from dusting, vacuuming, mopping, taking out the trash, etc.
But with COVID-19, many of our clients beyond our healthcare clients needed full disinfecting and sanitizing, of every room, and every surface. For refinishing floors, stripping all the old wax kills everything and our CC Pro Outlast utilizes the same nanotechnology to seal the floor on a molecular level. Our flooring sealant is for VCT, Vinyl Sheeting, Terrazzo floors, ceramic tile, polished concrete, and any stone such as marble.
How it Works
How Our Surface Sealants Work
In a nutshell, our surface sealants protect against airborne pollutants. The active ingredient is Titanium Dioxide which is activated with both natural and artificial light sources.
After a thorough cleaning and disinfecting process, we apply our sealants using an electrostatic deposition with a fusion bonded Nanotechnology-based multi-spectrum photocatalytic protectant. Simply put, we spray a sealant such as CC Pro Endure for multiple surfaces, and CC Pro Outlast for floors and they seal porous surfaces. Electrostatic delivers charged droplets that are actively attracted to surfaces, including the back sides and crevices of surfaces regardless of the direction of spray for complete wrap-around disinfection coverage.
How it Works
Sanitize vs Disinfect
Cleaning means removing dirt and debris, as well as putting things back where they belong. We all learned that when we had to clean our rooms as children. But what about the terms sanitize vs disinfect?
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), sanitizing refers to lowering the number of germs to a safe level, “as judged by public health standards or requirements.” Disinfecting, on the other hand, kills 99.999% of germs outright, greatly reducing the risk of infection. We follow all CDC guidelines when we disinfect your facility.
